Abrahams Meese offers clients an invoicing methodology that, in keeping with our general approach as lawyers, focuses on being transparent, adaptable and reasonable.

For some matters (such as the preparation of wills, letters of demand in debt recovery and residential property conveyancing), we charge a fixed fee for our services.  For litigation and dispute resolution, we are able to provide services on a “no win no fee” basis in certain cases.

Our hourly rates reflect our small size rather than our considerable expertise.  We increasingly bill our clients by task, rather than by time.  For larger matters, we are happy to provide, upon request, quotations and — in some matters fee caps — for different phases of the matter.
