Andrew Norman has appeared in proceedings relating to wills and probate on several occasions in Australian courts and tribunals (particularly the Supreme Court of Victoria). Andrew has also been appointed as – and acts as – an executor of wills, including for large and complex estates.

  • Development of family holding structures through drafting of all necessary trust deeds, including special disability trusts.
  • Appearances on behalf of interested persons in VCAT proceedings under the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019 (Vic).
  • Applications for administration of intestate estates
  • Professional negligence claims connected to the drafting of wills and administration of deceased estates
